Right now you could just go out and scoop it off the ground though, eh? ;-)

In my area, out in the boonies where well/septic systems are the norm, the
aquifiers are being so overused that folks are having to drill thousands of
feet nowadays to get sufficient water flow. And the idiot zoning boards keep
taking the developers money to allow them to build more and more McMansions.
A recipe for disaster.
